With Clover, you can create a podcast for each Media Player on your site. You can set up your podcast, submit it to iTunes, as well as edit its information any time that you'd like.
Step 1 - On your media page, click the Edit Media Player button
Step 2 - Click the Enable Podcast button
Step 3 - Enter your information then click the Next Step button
Step 4 - Select the appropriate Title, Date, Author and Duration then Click the Next Step button.
Step 5 - Your podcast requires an image. After adding an image, click the Save Artwork button.
The dimensions for the Podcast Artwork are 300 x 300 px
Step 6 - Click the Create Podcast button then the next Finished button.
Keep in Mind:
- You'll need to Publish your changes before they'll show up for your viewers.
- You must have at least one media item added to your media player before you can begin podcasting. Embedded files will not count towards your podcast.
Step 1 - Download iTunes if you don't already have it
Step 2 - Sign into your Apple ID or create a new accountMake sure you have a separate iTunes account for your organization. This will help avoid any issues with future staff changes.
Step 3 - Click the Podcast Settings button in your Media Player
Step 4 - Click the Put Your Podcast on iTunes button
Step 5- If you haven't Published your changes yet, click the Publish Now button
Step 6 - Enter keywords that describe your podcast, then click the Next Step button
Step 7 - Select at least one category then click the Next Step button
Step 8 - Copy Your Podcast Link and click the Go to iTunes button.
If prompted, open with iTunes.
Step 9 - Paste the link into the box titled Podcast Feed URL
Step 10 - After reviewing your podcast info, click the Submit button
Your podcast has now been submitted to iTunes. It could take up to a week to be approved and appear in the store.
Step 11 - Click the Save Changes button after you have completed the steps listed above
Keep in Mind:
- Any changes you make to your podcast (including updating settings or adding items) will need to be Published just like all other content in the Greenhouse.
- After your podcast is all set up, you have the freedom to go back and change any information you'd like. To edit your podcast settings go back into the podcast settings screen and modify anything you wish.
