Media Files

The Media Player provides you with many different levels of functionality for your viewers. You can attach a document to each Media Player item, like sermon notes. You can also link directly to a certain item to share it.

Adding a Document

Step 1 - Click the Edit Media Player button

Step 2 - Select the media item you'd like to add a document to

Step 3 - Click the Attach A Document button

Step 4 - Select the file from your computer and click Open

Step 5 - Click the Finished button to save your changes

Removing a Document

Step 1 - Click the Edit Media Player button

Step 2 - Select the item with the document you'd like to remove

Step 3 - Click the X to the right of the item and Remove Document

Step 4 - Click the Finished button to save your changes

Linking to a Media Player Item

Step 1 - Type some text in any text field on your site

Step 2 - Highlight the text and click the Add A Link button

Step 3 - Choose Option 3: Link to a page on this site

Step 4 - Find the Media Player page on your site and click the arrow to the left

Step 5 - Select the Media Player item and click the Finished button

Step 6 - Click on the link you just created then Go To Link

Step 7 - Copy the URL to share or link to that Media Player item

Be sure to remove &loadDraft=1 from the URL

Finding the URL to a Media File

Step 1 - View the mobile version of your site. Add /?view=mobile at the end of your domain name

Step 2 - Launch your Media Player

Step 3 - Right click the Play button and copy the link location
